Chiropractic Adjustments
We utilize safe, evidence-based adjustment protocols. Adjustments are applied to misaligned bones in order to restore joint motion, achieve proper weight distribution, and to relieve pressure on nerves. Each case is different. Some require moderate force, others require a very delicate touch. Dr. Schneider is able to cater to a wide variety of cases by using several different techniques when necessary. Techniques include Full spine, Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Cox, Toggle, Webster, SOT, and Activator techniques.

Massage therapy
Massage therapy is the most important and effective supplemental therapy we offer in conjunction with chiropractic care. By addressing the muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues, we are able to speed healing times and achieve comprehensive results. Joan Wallace, our LMT with 18 years of experience, is able to treat a variety of conditions using deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, prenatal and neuromuscular reeducation techniques.

Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is used in conjunction with chiropractic care in order to help transition patients from pain relief to wellness care. Specific muscle groups are trained based on each individual condition. We utilize techniques such as stretching, ART, trigger point therapy as well as range of motion, stability and strengthening exercises.

Mechanical traction therapyMechanical traction is one of many current techniques which aim to create decompression of the spine. This is achieved by gentle distraction of two bones away from each other, which creates the decompressive effect. Mechanical traction is very effective at treating disc herniations/bulges, arthritis, and pain.
